The Elon University Intercollegiate Athletics program seeks to offer opportunities that enrich the lives of student-athletes and are consistent with and complementary to the University's mission.

• Programs that promote physical fitness and wellness, enhance the development of psychomotor skills and prepares students to fulfill individual and team goals.
• An environment where cheerleaders, musicians, faculty, staff, alumni and fans can enjoy a wholesome, entertaining and enriching athletics experience.
• Positive promotion of the student-athletes, coaches, support personnel, Athletics Department, and the University through successful athletics competition.
