Student-athletes are expected to meet certain rules and
requirements in order to remain academically eligible to
participate in athletics. If you have specific questions or

Continuing Student-Athlete Eligibility Requirements for
students who begin school in Fall 2003.

Student must earn 18 credits during the academic
year and must pass 6 credits per term. Students must declare
their major by the end of their second year.
Students may use summer credit hours to satisfy the 24
credit hour requirement when a student-athlete is entering
his second year or beyond.
Mid-term Progress Reports
Progress reports will be requested from professors once a
semester. Communication with faculty regarding academic
progress is maintained throughout the semester.
