Mailing Policy
Tickets are generally mailed no later than one week prior to the event. If tickets are ordered after this date, they must be picked up at the Will Call window prior to the game.

The Will Call window generally opens 60 minutes before football games at Rhodes Stadium and 60 minutes before basketball games in Alumni Gym.

Payment Information
The Elon Athletic Ticket Office accepts checks, cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). Only credit card orders will be accepted over the phone or online. Checks should be made payable to Elon Athletics. 

Refunds/Exhanges/Lost Tickets
The Elon Athletic Ticket Office maintains a no refund/no exchange policy on all season and single-game tickets. The Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
