2011: Limited in competition due to an injury…Posted a career-high 25:09.1 at the Royal XC Challenge for 10^th…Finished 25^th at the SoCon Championships with a time of 25:20.69 (the third best time in program history) to earn SoCon all-freshman honors… Clocked the fourth-best 10K time in school history with a 32:27.0 at the NCAA Regional…Named to the SoCon Fall Academic All-Conference Team…Given the team’s Most Dedicated award.

2010: Competed in two meets before receiving a red-shirt…Posted a season-best 25:36 at the Elon Invitational, which is the fourth-best time in Elon history...Clocked a 20:24 at the Covered Bridge Open...Member of the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...Recipient of the SoCon Commissioner's Medal.

High School: Finished fourth at the North Carolina State 3A Cross Country Championship in 2009…Finished third in the state in both the indoor and outdoor 3,200-meter run in 2009…Helped Cardinal Gibbons to a runner-up finish at the North Carolina State 3A XC Championship in 2009…Member of the First-Team U.S. Elite…Recorded PRs of 15:34 in the 5K and 9:22 in the 3,200-meter run.
