Jake Harrell joined Elon as an assistant sports performance coach in June of 2024. Prior to his time at Elon, he worked with the strength and conditioning staff at Harding University where he completed his undergraduate degree. During his time at Harding, he was a member of the football team which won the NCAA national championship. Throughout his time at Harding, he assisted with all aspects of the strength and conditioning department. Harrell is rejoining Elon Athletics after serving as an intern during the summer of 2023 with the sports performance staff.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) & CPR/AED American Redcross certified.
Jake and his wife Kellen reside in Burlington, NC.
